We invest in leading enterprises from a wide range of industries including manufacturing, value adding services/processing, communication, software, engineering, consumer products, etc.

Crest makes typical investments of between US$3million to US$50million. Our investments are structured as subordinated debt, preferred stock, common equity, or a combination of creative financial instruments, customized to meet the financial and capitalization requirements of the company. As an investment policy, we require active participation in the investee’s business.

We may also introduce strategic co-investors as growth catalysts to portfolio companies as part of our value enhancement approach.
